Description
A late gift for ~glaceon44, but I hope she enjoys it all of the same! It's probably pretty obvious, but I used ~kaykaykit's underwater tutorial. It taught me quite a bit and I'm pretty happy with how the backgrounds turned out. Vaporeon is my favorite here.
